Hi friend, I’m Carly!

I'm a yoga teacher with a Masters in Adult and Continuing Education currently living and teaching in New Jersey. Yoga has been a life changing journey for me in ways I never expected and now as a teacher I love sharing this transformative experience with my students and watching them grow. In my class, you're invited to show up in the present moment and move from that space. Sometimes that will mean kicking your own ass to get you out of your own head; other times, it'll mean honoring yourself with softness and ease. However you're showing up, in my classroom you’re welcome to come exactly as you are. You can join me on the mat at Hot Yoga Revolution in both the Metuchen and Cranford locations - I’ll see you on the mat!
